I am sorry for your loss. When a loved one, like Vanessa, falls asleep in death it truly grieves the heart. There are scriptures that offer hope to help cope with grief and sadness. Isaiah 25:8 says, "He will swallow up death forever, and the Sovereign Lord will wipe away tears from all faces."
