Heartbreaking news to say the least. I've known Ronnie my whole life as his parents were my Godparents and our Moms were best of friends. We're the same age so I felt close to him and it didn't matter if we hadn't seen one another in years as we always picked up where we left off. My heart goes out to Theresa, Ricky, Lori, Cheri and their families. God Bless Ronnie and fly high with the angels...till we meet again. Love You!!

I met Ron for the first time in GE 2 weeks after i was hired. we trained together and instantly became friends . during our 39 years of GE our jobs were different but we still kept in touch till the last 15 years we worked together at the same job. we talked ever day until his retirement. then we talked once a week. i have to say he was my best friend .we watched our family's grow, we took trips snowmobiling and loved to ride in the boat at the lake .the story's are endless . if you have ever had the chance to meet him you would instantly know the kindness of his heart because that's the person he is and i say is because he is not gone . he will be alive in my heart and my actions because of the lessons i learned from him .he was a big part of my family's life always asking about them and ending our conversation's with give a hug to your wife for me . so i will say Ron when you see mom and dad please give them a hug for me. you will never be forgotten my friend

Our family is truly heartbroken over this life taken way too soon....He was a wonderful neighbor & friend to our family...we have great memories of all our summer time lawn & porch talks with tons of smiles & laughter with the Cordero & Mendonca families...a piece of our heart went to heaven with you...sending prayers to all the family in hope to ease the awful grief....
