As a young child, I was very fortunate to have "Miss Carney" as my second grade teacher at the South Memorial School in Peabody. I remember Miss Carney as a very warm and caring teacher who really went the extra mile (including after school help) to make sure that I became a good reader and knew my math facts. I know that my parents were also very happy that I was in Miss Carney's class. Her efforts set me up for a great career in school and education. For this, I am very appreciative! I trust that her family is also very proud of her as a teacher, mother, and family member. Thank you and may God bless you!
