June was one of the best friends ever. She saved me from having to perform in our Kindergarten play when we were 5 years old. The "just say no" movement started with her as far as I'm concerned. She was the smartest student in our elementary school classes, I was never able to best her. She became good friends with my many siblings during those years. In high school, she started with business classes which is where she met Jean Harrington, who became our best friend. June switched to college courses in her junior year and Jean remained our good friend. Then came college years and we still managed to see each other. June and Jack off to Oklahoma, Hawaii, California and then home. June, Claire, Jean and I had children and got together at our vacation homes in ME and NH. So many good memories. We will miss you tremendously.
