I am very saddened and shocked to hear the news of Joe's passing. I had the pleasure of meeting Joe in 2012 when we both worked together on a US Congressional campaign. Joe was a very friendly and kind person to me at that time and we quickly became very good friends and stayed in touch will past 2012. I offer my sincerest condolences and sympathies toThe entire family! I offer a special words of condolences and sympathy to his loving mother. <br><br>May he Rest In Peace!
