JOYCE LOVETT posted a condolence
Saturday, October 27, 2018
We grieve the loss of our Aunt Lillian. Besides Joyce and Barbara she had nieces Elizabeth Zalgenas and Anne Noe and nephews John Lovett, Benjamin and Joseph Zalgenas, and William Megevick, Jr.
We and our families will miss her, the last of the Megevick generation. She loved visiting PA and going on tours with my daughter, Lillian Barbara, who is named after her, and me. She particularly liked the observation tower on the Gettysburg Battlefield and was quite disappointed when it was torn down.
We are grateful for our aunt who was blessed with the gift of years, a true and dedicated vocation, and a brilliant mind. She was a happy nun. I regret not joining her as I had told her I would in my youth.
R.I.P. Aunt Lillian. You really were "Sweet Caroline."
Love,
Joyce
