Dearest:<br> Kimberly, Patti, John and Family, please accept my heartfelt sympathy for the loss of your father, brother' grandfather and one of my best friends and golf brother. You all gave Arthur love, support, and he loved you all with a passion. I will never forget our happy days hitting golf balls around the Meadows. The game has never been the same since he quit a few years ago and worse now that I lost him as a friend. I will miss him dearly and when my life is done I pray to God to take my hand and bring me directly to him and all my loved ones.
