My thoughts are with the family at this time. Tony was a wonderful man with a smile for everyone. He was a friend of my late father, M. Irving Herbster, and they enjoyed Peabody politics together. Tony was a good neighbor; he served Peabody well, and he will be missed. May you receive comfort in the days ahead.
