To the Frazer Family, <br><br>My prayers are with you. I have worked with Neil at Hanscom Air Force Base for the past 3 years. I will miss his smiling face, especially when he spoke of his family and granddaughter, and of his golf adventures. He was a wonderful gentle man and it was a priviledge to have known him.
