Obituary of Joseph G. Pavick

Joseph G. Pavick PEABODY Joseph G. Pavick, 51, beloved fiancée of Janet Couturier of Peabody, died suddenly and unexpectedly after taking an ill turn at his home on Sunday evening, and he died early Monday morning at the Salem Hospital. Born in Salem, he was the son of Joseph W. Pavick and the late Helen (Manuel) Pavick. He lived in Peabody all of his life, and attended Peabody schools. He graduated from Peabody High School, Class of 1972. Mr. Pavick went on to study Graphic Design at the New England School of Art in Boston. He owned & operated his own company, Pavick Design Associates for many years, then worked with Cricket Press in Manchester for a couple of years, before recently working at Hannaford & Dumas of Malden for the last year. He loved friends and family, and was especially fond of outdoor sporting activities. He was an avid skier, motorcycle and biking enthusiast, scuba diving, fishing, boating, stock car racing, hunting, wind surfing, and darts. He is survived by: his fiancée, Janet Couturier of Peabody; his father, Joseph W. Pavick of Peabody; two sisters and brothers-in-law, Lisa & Stephen Pifalo of Derry, NH and Susan & Larry Tonge of Peabody, and numerous cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. His Funeral will be held on Thursday at 9 AM from the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 12 Chestnut ST. Location, Peabody, followed by a Graveside Funeral Ceremony at 10 AM in St. Mary’ s Cemetery, Salem to which relatives and friends are kindly invited. A visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 8 P.M. in the funeral home. -30-
