Dear Betty and Ruth,
I am so sorry to hear of Bruce's passing. Linda told me about it tonight, while we were talking on the phone. (I went to the Salem News website to get the details.)
All of you were so much a part of my childhood, that this news hit particularly hard. In thinking of Bruce, (and you), my mind goes back to the chickens he introduced me to, the family trips we all took in the little boats down to Essex, and the times I helped him, and Morrie, deliver oil during winter vacations, to pick up additional "spending money".
While I won't be able to make the funeral on Saturday, please know that you are in my thoughts and prayers.

Love,

Ray, Rose, Danny and Christina Leach
Phoenix, Az
