I had the pleasure and honor of knowing and working with Marianne in the Peabody Public Schools. As a person, she was a real pleasure to be with - she could always find some humor in almost any situation. Her humor was always very dry, and she would deliver the punch line with a very straight face followed by a very genuine smile. You could always count on Marianne to assist with proper grammatical usage on Facebook. In the schools, Marianne was a valued employee - being a pleasure to work with and extremely professional.
Outside of the schools, Marianne happily posted when she was seeing James - a time she always looked forward to!
Marianne, we will always miss you - and may God take care of you and your Mother Phyllis!

I had been one of Marianne's high school teachers, and immediately recognized her on seeing her last year for the first time in 50 years: still the vibrant, fun loving, life loving person! I feel blessed to have had a most delightful visit with her. We had promised to meet again; we will! Sr. Cecile

I grew up near Marianne’s grandmother and aunt whom she always visited .
We would always play together and as we grew older always stayed in touch .
She was interesting funny and smart....a great daughter to her parents and
A companion to her mother. James was the light of her life and I am so
happy they made the best of their time together....she left her mark on everyone who
Knew and loved her. Her passing was so sudden and leaves a void. To those who
Knew her and were fortunate to have her in their lives I am so sorry for your loss.
