Dear Uncle Dom and Family,
I am so sorry to hear of Auntie Fran’s passing. She struggled mightily for many years now and thankfully will have her well earned peace and joy in heaven: a most loving angel to watch over you.
While life can interfere with extended family contact, it doesn’t take away the memories. I have so many fond memories from childhood: outings on the lake, backyard pool parties, and endless holiday eating. I especially remember how Auntie Fran always made me feel special. I felt lucky to have her as my godmother. She was always kind and took interest in my life. Later as I had children of my own she was just as interested in knowing about them. She was a genuinely caring and sincere individual. Our thoughts are with you during this painful time. I am sorry that I cannot attend in person due to the current health risk.
