Obituary of Armen Sarkisian

Armen H Sarkisian, 84, of Peabody, passed on Monday April 27, 2020 at the Twin Oaks Nursing Home in Danvers following a brief illness. Born in Peabody, he was the son of the late Harry and Lucy (Aroudian) Sarkisian. He was a life-long resident of Peabody. After high school, he attended Mass College of Pharmacy where he received his undergraduate degree and later his master’s degree. Upon his completion of his schooling, Armen worked as a pharmacist for Lloyds Pharmacy in Danvers for many years before he retired. Armen was an avid sports fan and follower of local school basketball, football, and track teams. Armen is survived by his sister Rose Oliver of Peabody and his two nephews, Kurt Oliver of Peabody and Dean R. Oliver of Salem. He was predeceased by his siblings, Sarkis Sarkisian, Mary Chekijian and Juliette Sarkisian, and by his brother-in-law Robert Oliver. A private family service was held at the family lot at Puritan Lawn Memorial Park, Peabody. Arrangements were made by the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St, Peabody.
