When my cousin Kenny let me know that my Aunt Lucy had passed away a flood on great memories of Lucy and Uncle Johnny came to me. My Mom, Catherine, was Uncle Johnny's sister and along with Aunt May and Peggy, they were such a close family. And Aunt Lucy fit so well in that closeness.We were the type of family that got together frequently and I always loved it when we went to Lucy and John's house, even as a teenager haha. What I loved about visiting Lucy and John was that they always made you feel special. They were always interested to hear about what was going on in my life and always were proud of me. And visiting Lucy you knew you were going to get fed with her great cooking! Even as a adult I loved stopping by for a visit because as I said when you walked into their house they would just light up and make you feel so special. And you were going to get fed haha!
Anyway Aunt Lucy was a great Mom, wife, grandmother and the greatest Aunt but I know my cousins, Kevin, Tommy, Kenny and Dan will carry on her spirit!
