We were so sad to hear of Kathy's death. Her passing will be a loss to many.
Kathy was a kind, compassionate, loving, and generous person - always putting others before herself.
As mayor, I deeply appreciated her help at the Holiday Concerts. Her efforts helped greatly to make the concerts a success.
