My deepest condolences go out to the family while you navigate this difficult time. Mamie was a special woman who I was lucky enough to enjoy the company of, through years spent at her family pool. With her granddaughter Meredith and I, she made checkerboard ice cream, lots of laughter and BLTs a staple of a pool day at Mamies. She always had a smile, words of encouragement and a beautiful warmth that can not be put into words.
