Cousin Darrin, <br>I will miss you so much. You were a part of my life for as far back as I can remember. I have so many wonderful memories to cherish. I remember all the times I'd come home (to my parents house) late (sometimes really late) and you'd be there...there'd be either complete silence as you and my Dad sat hunched over the chess board or I'd hear the crack of the cue stick. Knowing your closeness to my Dad made me feel such a connection to him through you after he died, and I loved all the little stories about him you always had to share with me. I can't believe I can't ask you to tell me another. There's also all the times I'd see you when I came over to hang out with Jen. You were always happy to see me (and later, the kids), and I, you. You always offered to make me popcorn, or whatever you were making. Then once I was married and had my own home, you always came to my little family gatherings; the kids birthdays or for cookouts, even if you came late or had to leave early. You were such a constant. I can't believe you are gone. Way too soon. Now I just hope and believe you and my Dad are together again playing chess, scrabble, pool or golf. And as sad as I'm sure he is that you've left us, I'm sure he's happy to be with his friend Darrin again. <br>Goodbye, Darrin.<br>Love,<br>Kristen
