Phil was the Professionals "Professional. He always conducted himself with respect while seeking the best solution for our troops. His positive attitude and willingness to partner with Raytheon Finance is a loss to DCAA and Raytheon. Phil - you will be missed.

Four Cousins,<br>Only God knows why!! Phillip is now reunited with his mom, Kathryn, his brother, David and step-father,Buddy.Our mom is Phillip's mom's sister. Our families grew up together and we have many wonderful memories of Thanksgiving, Christmas,Easter and St Patty's Day. His mother would make a big corn beef and cabbage for the families. May Phillip's soul be at peace now that he is reunited with his family. Words can't express how much we will miss Phil in the Andover office. He was the glue that held everything together, the go to guy when you had that critical audit to perform, and the person you could always count on. He was a true professional in everything he did. I will especially miss our early morning chats about work, sports, and what my kids sports schedule was for the day/week. I feel very fortunate to have had the chance to work with Phil over the past 3 years. I will miss him as a co-worker but I will miss him more as a friend. Rest in Peace Phil.

Phil was my most favorite co-worker I have had the honor to work with. It was a pleasure to know him. I don't know who I will talk to about the Patriots with now. When I walk into the office it just isn't the same without having Phil greeting me in the morning. I love you Phil! I will miss you

Phil was at the Andover DCAA Office when I started with DCAA back in 1971. We were an office that socialized after work on Fridays at the 99. We had many memorable gatherings, social events, and "going away" parties. Phil was always in on the celebrations and was a valued friend and co-worker. He was a hard worker, helpful, cheerful, and a great guy. I admired Phil and enjoyed his company both in and outside of work. May he rest in peace and share in the ever lasting light with our Lord in heaven. Phil will never be forgotten and always thought of fondly

I had the pleasure of working with Phil for the past 3 years. He was not only a wonderful co-worker, but a dear friend. I will miss our daily Seinfeld re-caps, the trivia games and talking about trips up to Saratoga. Phil, we will all miss you.
