HEAL<br>Walking the forest on a moonlit morning,<br>I the only creature stirring<br>Devoid of color yet distance I can see,<br>I’ll leave something here to set myself free. <br><br>The sun shall rise a cavity opens, <br>a brief eternity that’s never spoken.<br>A pain within to leave in its place, <br>to heal my heart and soul I must race. <br> <br>Darker it gets, it’s not in my mind,<br>unable to see now, to myself I’m kind.<br>Cast from me now the hurt and pain,<br>something never cleansed by the rain.<br> <br>A new day triumphs with the light,<br>the battle won, it was a long hard fight.<br>Darkness, hurt and pain now married,<br>Away on the morning breeze, it is carried. <br><br>Beloved brother Ken<br>
