To Frankie's family, my heartfelt sympathys!!I did not hear about this until today ( April 19) or I would have been at the services and wake. We were great friends who just haven't seen each other in a long time. I'm in shock and really affected by this!!! I would appreciate if someone from Frankie's family sees this and can Email me and tell me what happened. God bless you Frankie!! This is truly a sad day!
